Flat Rate Automotive Technician

Infiniti of Tacoma is seeking an experienced Flat Rate Automotive Technician to join our growing Service Department. What You'll Do
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Infiniti vehicles accurately and efficiently
Perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs according to Infiniti manufacturer standards
Complete repair orders thoroughly while maintaining high-quality workmanship
Utilize diagnostic equipment, technical service information, and specialized tools
Communicate effectively with service advisors and fellow technicians regarding vehicle repairs and recommendations
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Stay current with manufacturer training, repair procedures, and evolving vehicle technology
Who We're Looking For
Previous professional automotive repair experience required
Flat-rate dealership experience preferred
Strong diagnostic, electrical, and mechanical troubleshooting skills
Commitment to producing quality repairs efficiently
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Requirements
1+ year of automotive experience.
ASE certifications are ideal.
Strong automotive background
Strong teamwork skills
Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and written.
Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check.
Must have a clean & valid driver's license.
