Job description
Roofing Crew MemberThe Roofing Crew Member is responsible for assisting with the installation, repair, and maintenance of roofing sealant systems. This is a hands-on field position that supports daily jobsite operations and ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to EverSeal Roofing quality standards.Crew Members work as part of a team under the direction of a Working Project Manager or Foreman and play a key role in delivering high-quality roofing solutions to customers.Key ResponsibilitiesField Work and InstallationAssist with installation of roofing sealant and coating systemsPrepare roof surfaces by cleaning, drying, and setting up materialsApply coatings and sealants according to company and manufacturer standardsHandle tools, equipment, and materials safely and correctlyPerform basic repairs and maintenance as directedJobsite SupportLoad and unload materials and equipmentMaintain clean, organized, and safe job sitesFollow daily work plans and instructions from supervisorsAssist with setup and breakdown of job sitesSafety and QualityFollow all company and OSHA safety policiesWear required personal protective equipment at all timesReport hazards or unsafe conditions immediatelyPerform work with attention to detail and qualityTeamwork and CommunicationWork cooperatively with crew members and supervisorsMaintain a positive attitude and strong work ethicCommunicate jobsite issues or concerns to leadershipRepresent EverSeal Roofing professionally on every jobsiteQualifications and ExperienceConstruction, roofing, or trade experience preferred but not requiredWillingness to learn roofing sealant systems and jobsite proceduresAbility to follow directions and work as part of a teamStrong attendance and reliabilityValid driver's license preferredPhysical and Work RequirementsWillingness and ability to travel up to 60 miles to assigned job sites; travel time to/from the job site is considered normal commuting.Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds regularlyAbility to climb ladders and work on roofs safelyAbility to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform physical labor throughout the workdayComfortable working at heightsPerformance ExpectationsShow up on time and ready to work each dayFollow safety and quality standards consistentlyWork efficiently and contribute to team productivityTake direction from supervisors and ask questions when unsureHelp maintain positive crew morale and teamworkCompensation and BenefitsCompetitive hourly pay based on experienceOvertime opportunities as workload requiresMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and paid holidaysOpportunities for advancement within EverSeal RoofingThis job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of duties, responsibilities, or qualifications.
