Flat WelderTradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Flat Welders for projects located in or around Spokane Valley, WA. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $30/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a welder and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!Job Scope:Weld mild steel, stainless steel, and occasionally aluminum according to blueprintsInspect welded parts for accuracy and qualityFollow all OSHA and WISHA safety requirementsOperate a forklift as neededMaintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environmentCommunicate machinery or quality issues to managementPerform other duties as assignedFollow both written and verbal instructions to complete assignmentsRequirements:Minimum 5 years of MIG welding experienceAbility to read and interpret blueprintsProficient in shop math and problem-solvingStrong attention to detailAbility to work independently or as part of a teamEffective verbal and written communication skillsPhysically capable of regularly lifting up to 30 lbs and frequently up to 50 lbsMust pass weld checkBe safe from fraud!
