Job description
PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH is seeking a Flavor Specification Scientist to join the R&D Technical Brand Stewardship Flavor Specifications team. You will develop flavor material specifications, work with flavor suppliers, and support regulatory compliance across beverage innovations.
Responsibilities include end-to-end specification development, analytical evaluation using GC-FID/GC-MS, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines while ensuring quality and regulatory standards.
