Job Description
We are looking for a Fleet Mechanic to inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain fleet vehicles and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect & Diagnose - Identify mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
Repairs & Maintenance - Perform oil changes, brake repairs, tire replacements, and engine diagnostics.
Record-Keeping - Maintain accurate service records in computer-based systems.
Safety Compliance - Ensure vehicles meet all safety and regulatory standards.
Parts Management - Order and replace worn or damaged parts.
Collaboration - Work with drivers and fleet managers to address concerns.
Qualifications: Age & Tools - Must be 21+ and have own tools. Prior Experience is a PLUS.
Licensing - CDL required or willingness to obtain.
Screening - Must pass background check and drug screening.
Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
