This role supports multiple business functions including permitting, licensing, tax-related calculations, and customer support. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to learn new processes in a fast-paced environment.

nSkills and Requirements
nStrong customer service, customer support, administrative, retail, or call center experience
nExcellent verbal and written communication skills
nAbility to write professional business emails
nBasic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
nStrong attention to detail and organizational abilities
nProblem-solving mindset with the ability to investigate issues and identify solutions
nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
nExperience with permitting, licensing, or fleet-related processes
nAccounting, bookkeeping, or data analysis experience
nExperience using AS400
nFamiliarity with tax calculations or financial reconciliation processes
