Job description
RXO, Inc. is seeking a Fleet & Warehouse Safety Manager to lead safety and compliance across our regional operations.
You will oversee safety administration teams, manage OSHA and FMCSA/DOT programs, and partner with drivers, warehouse staff, and leadership to foster a culture of safety. You will develop programs, conduct audits and investigations, maintain records, and coordinate with vendors and third‑party safety partners.
