Job description
Milton Hershey School (MHS) in Hershey, PA, is seeking married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. You will reside in on-campus student homes, supervising a group of 8–13 students and guiding their academic, emotional, and social development.
The role involves daily supervision, coordinating routines, medication administration, and active engagement in activities and devotions. Couples start with nine days on duty, then transition to a placed home with a stable student group.
