Job description

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for approximately 8-13 students living in the home.

The role includes daily supervision, scheduling, medications, driving to activities, devotions, budgeting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent after nine days on duty, followed by three days off.
