About the Role:
Elite Security Agency LLC is looking for a dependable and adaptable Flex Officer to join our growing team in Charlotte, NC. This is a dynamic opportunity for a security professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is ready to step up wherever they're needed most. Responsibilities:
Fill in at various client sites across the Charlotte area as needed, covering open shifts and absences
Conduct regular patrols, access control, and surveillance to maintain a safe and secure environment
Monitor and respond to security incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a timely manner
Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate daily activity logs
Enforce client-specific post orders and security protocols at each assigned location
Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional, visible security presence
Communicate effectively with law enforcement, emergency personnel, and site management when required
Requirements:
Valid North Carolina Security Guard Registration or ability to obtain one
Prior security, law enforcement, or military experience preferred
Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Strong observational skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
Reliable transportation to travel between multiple client sites in the Charlotte area
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
