Flex Officers do not have a set schedule and must be available to work at least two (2) of the three (3) shifts. We will make every effort to give advance notice of assignments for open shifts, vacation coverages, personal days, etc., but call-offs may need to be covered with four (4) hours or less notice. The more availability you have, the more hours you'll be available to pick up!Responsibilities of Flex Security Officers include, but are not limited to:Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business informationMaintain clear, accurate administrative logs at front desk pertaining to people or property including packages.Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as requiredMonitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environmentRespond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security managementOther duties as assignedRequired Qualifications of Flex Security Officers:Must be at least 18 years of ageAvailable for 2 or 3 shiftsMust have experience as a door staff professional or in a receptionist, customer service, clerical, hotel or restaurant positionHigh School diploma or general education degree (GED)Able to acquire and maintain a valid Illinois Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC), including state accredited training requirementsAble to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background checkAble to read, write, speak, and understand EnglishAble to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weatherPreferred Qualifications of Security Officers: Bi-lingual considered a plusPay and Benefits of Security Officers: Positions starting between $19.00 / hour and $20.00 / hour Paid time off and paid holidays Medical insurance Opportunities for career growth and promotion Skills-enhancing trainingEOE/M/F/D/V
