Job description
Always Compassionate Home Care in Suffolk County, NY seeks a compassionate LPN or RN for part-time, in-home nursing. The role focuses on delivering 1:1 care, following individualized plans, and supporting patients and families directly in their homes.
The position requires NYS license (LPN/RN), 6 months’ home-care experience, CPR/BLS certification, and a patient-centered approach with empathy and reliability. Lifts and mobility support are needed.
