Job description
Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking a qualified Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism in home or clinic settings. You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with BCBA supervisors.
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required, with up to 25% travel. The role offers flexible hours and strong benefits including health and dental insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
