Job description
Aluma Care, LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team delivering in-home, in-school, or in-clinic 1:1 therapy. You will implement treatment plans under a BCBA and collect data to track progress.
This role supports families, maintains a safe, positive therapy environment, and offers flexible schedules with part-time or full-time options in Valley Falls, Kansas. The ideal candidate has or will obtain RBT certification and a background in working with children.
