Golden Steps ABA is a leading in-home ABA provider in Georgia, seeking compassionate RBTs to deliver one-on-one therapy to children and young adults with autism. You will implement behavioral plans, document data daily, and collaborate closely with BCBA supervisors to ensure high-quality care.
The role emphasizes owner-therapist relationships, ongoing training, and adherence to BACB guidelines. A background check, reliable transportation, and HS diploma are required.
