American Family Care is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to care for patients within the scope of training and approved agreement in a franchised AFC location.
The APP will work with other providers to ensure efficient patient flow and high satisfaction, with duties varying by franchise. Requires active PA/NP licensure, DEA, and state CDS, plus board certification (ANCC/AANP/NCCPA). Position emphasizes collaboration and independent multi-tasking in a busy setting.
