Job description
Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join our mission-driven team delivering ethical, person-centered ABA services in home, school, or community settings.
You will supervise and mentor staff, develop and oversee behavior intervention plans, analyze data, and ensure adherence to BACB guidelines while partnering with families to achieve lasting quality of life improvements. Full-time roles with flexible scheduling and growth opportunities.
