B Above in New Albany, Indiana is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for part-time and full-time positions. Join a supportive and flexible team dedicated to providing high-quality ABA services that positively impact children and families.
As a BCBA, you will develop individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to ensure effective services. We offer competitive pay of $70–$90 per hour along with performance bonuses and ongoing professional support.
