Job description
Sentara Health Plans is hiring an APP (NP or PA) to join Sentara Family Medicine at our Old Hampton location in Hampton, VA. Monday to Friday schedule includes 4 hours of administrative time weekly with flexible hours (7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.).
The role involves providing routine care, annual wellness visits, pre-ops, and related services within a primary care setting. Comprehensive benefits are offered, including CME, loan reimbursement, and malpractice tail coverage.
