Sharp Rees‑Stealy Medical Group is seeking a qualified 0.5FTE Half‑Time Job Share Outpatient Family Medicine Physician in various locations throughout San Diego County. This role offers a full‑time outpatient practice focused on primary care, averaging 16-20 patients per day with flexible scheduling, including half‑day virtual care options.
The position guarantees an annual salary of $132,500 in the first year, with comprehensive benefits, including a sign-on bonus, pension plans, and eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness.
To qualify, candidates must be board‑certified or board‑eligible in Family Medicine within two years of employment.
