Job description
Carilion Clinic in Roanoke, VA seeks an Occupational Therapist for Homecare on a flexible/PRN basis. You will assess patients, interpret referrals, and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with age and diagnoses, while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities include supervising OTAs, coordinating care with the care team, and contributing to program development and education. Requires Virginia OT licensure and BLS within six months.
