Job description
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to perform home-based risk assessments in Hamilton County, TN. You will set your own hours in a flexible per diem schedule and work as much or as little as you prefer within the week.
Responsibilities include conducting assessments, reviewing medical history and medications, educating patients, and documenting outcomes. Licensing in TN and board certification are required or preferred, with CPR (BLS) current.
