Job description
Dartmouth Health Home Care is seeking qualified Physical Therapists for full-time and part-time (20-24 hrs) roles in the Upper Valley area. The therapist will screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, and treat patients and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team.
