Job description
UnitedHealth Group's Louisiana HomeCare of Miss-Lou seeks a Physical Therapist in Home Health to assess functional status, mobility, pain, and overall well-being. You will develop and adjust treatment plans and collaborate with the care team to improve patient outcomes.
You will evaluate progress, document outcomes, and support families; weekend rotation and holiday availability may be required to meet patient needs. The role requires licensure in LA and CPR certification.
