Job description
Visiting Nurse Association of Florida is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) for home health in the Stuart/Palm City/St. Lucie area with a flexible schedule and competitive pay.
Candidates will perform in-home PT evaluations, develop individualized plans, and work closely with physicians to coordinate care. Eligible candidates will hold an active Florida PT license, demonstrate strong assessment skills, and have home health experience or an ability to work independently.
