Job description
Geisinger Home Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide and coordinate in-home nursing care in Luzerne County, PA. You will work under physician orders and with the care team to ensure continuity and quality of care for patients at home.
Responsibilities include initiating and updating care plans, supervising home health aides and nurses, performing OASIS assessments, and communicating with physicians, patients, and family. A valid RN license and home health experience are required.
