Job description
Hueman is actively hiring Nurse Practitioners to conduct in‑home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare and Medicaid members in and around Zionsville, IN. This role offers a flexible schedule and the chance to engage with patients in their homes to promote preventive care.
The position requires an active NP license, board certification, and BLS. Travel to patient homes is expected, with comprehensive training and scheduling support provided by Hueman.
