Job description
Optum is seeking an Advanced Practice Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to perform in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage members. This role offers flexibility with a schedule between 8am-8pm across the week, with no weekends or holidays required.
Ideal candidates will hold an active ANCC or AANP certification and have experience in family or geriatric settings. Compensation ranges from $109,500 to $164,000 along with a comprehensive benefits package.
