Job description
Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) seeks Nurse Practitioners with 1+ years of experience to conduct in-home Health Risk Assessments for Medicare Advantage patients in New Jersey. You will perform comprehensive visits, review medical history, and understand social factors to improve care quality.
This is a 1099 independent contractor role with flexible hours (7 days a week, 8am–8pm) and mileage reimbursement. Expect 45 minutes to 1 hour per assessment and a $25 no-show payment.
