Job description
McDonald’s is seeking a Department Manager for a corporate-owned store. The role leads shifts and oversees Guest Service, Kitchen and People departments to deliver a fast, friendly, high‑quality guest experience.
You will hire, train and schedule crew to meet sales and profit goals, while promoting a positive team culture in a high-energy environment. Prior managerial experience in foodservice is preferred.
