Source One Management Services, LLC is seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for flexible PRN in-home Health Risk Assessments for Medicare Advantage members. You’ll conduct comprehensive HRAs, review medical histories, and perform basic health evaluations while traveling to patients within your county.
