Job description
Source One Management Services, LLC is seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for flexible PRN in-home Health Risk Assessments in Hartford, CT. Work autonomously and supplement income while serving Medicare Advantage members; no ongoing treatment.
You will visit patients, review medical histories, perform basic exams, and document using a company EMR. Requires active NP/PA license, 8 days per month, travel within 60 minutes, and onboarding in 3–4 weeks; 1099 contractor with mileage
