Job description
Source One Management Services, LLC is seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for flexible PRN Health Risk Assessments conducted in patients' homes within the Litchfield, IL area. You’ll schedule a minimum of 8 days per month, earn competitive pay with incentives, and operate without on-call duties or prescribing requirements.
You will use a company-provided iPad for documentation, receive malpractice insurance, and collaborate with physicians.
