Job description
We’re seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for flexible PRN in-home Health Risk Assessments for Medicare Advantage members. You will review medical history, medications, lifestyle and social factors, and perform basic health evaluations in patients’ homes.
Eight days per month minimum, competitive pay with incentives, 1099 contract, and streamlined documentation via a company iPad. Travel within your county, no prescribing or on-call shifts, and malpractice insurance provided.
