Job description
Source One Management Services, LLC seeks Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for flexible in-home Health Risk Assessments in Farmington, ME. This PRN role allows you to set your own schedule with an 8-day monthly minimum and travel within the local area.
You’ll review medical histories, perform basic health evaluations, and document findings using a company-provided iPad. No prescribing, no on-call shifts, and malpractice insurance provided.
