Job description
Source One Management Services, LLC seeks Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for flexible PRN Health Risk Assessments. You will conduct in-home HRAs for Medicare Advantage members, reviewing medical history, medications, and social factors, and perform basic health evaluations.
Role is 1099 contractor with no prescribing, no on-call shifts, and simple documentation via an iPad. Travel locally within your county is required, with a minimum of eight 7.5-hour days per month.
