Job description
Source One Management Services, LLC is seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for flexible PRN in-home Health Risk Assessments. You’ll conduct comprehensive HRAs for Medicare Advantage members, review medical histories, and perform basic physical and mental health evaluations.
Travel locally within your county and nearby areas using a company-provided iPad, with malpractice insurance included.
