Job description
Source One Management Services, LLC is seeking skilled Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare Advantage members in Ames, IA. This flexible PRN role lets you set your own schedule with an 8-day monthly minimum and travel locally within about 60 minutes of your home.
You’ll review medical histories, perform basic health evaluations, and document findings with a company-issued iPad.
