Source One Management Services, LLC is seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for flexible PRN in-home Health Risk Assessments in Marshall, MN. You will perform comprehensive HRAs for Medicare Advantage members, review medical histories, medications, lifestyle, and conduct basic health evaluations.
