Source One Management Services, LLC is seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for flexible in-home Health Risk Assessments in Manitowoc, WI. This PRN role offers autonomous work with a streamlined EMR.
You will complete HRAs, review histories, and perform basic health evaluations while traveling locally. Open to licensed NPs or PAs, with eight 7.5-hour days per month and no on-call requirements.
