Source One Management Services, LLC invites Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join a flexible PRN program providing in-home Health Risk Assessments for Medicare Advantage members. You’ll schedule eight 7.5-hour days per month, work autonomously, and use our iPad for streamlined documentation.
