Job description
Source One Management Services, LLC seeks Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to conduct in-home Health Risk Assessments on a flexible PRN basis in Newport, VT. You will work autonomously, reviewing medical histories and performing basic health evaluations for Medicare Advantage patients.
Travel locally, complete documentation with a provided iPad, and enjoy malpractice insurance and collaborating physicians as part of the engagement.
