Job description
Source One Management Services, LLC is seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for flexible PRN in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare Advantage members. Work autonomously with a flexible 8-day monthly minimum, travel locally to patients, and document via a company-provided iPad using a streamlined EMR system.
Competitive pay with incentives, malpractice insurance, and collaborating physicians are included.
