Job description
Source One Management Services, LLC seeks Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for flexible, in-home Health Risk Assessments in Willmar, MN. You’ll conduct comprehensive HRAs for Medicare Advantage members, reviewing medical history and lifestyle factors, and performing basic health evaluations.
As a 1099 contractor, you’ll work autonomously with a set minimum of 8 days/month, travel within roughly 60 minutes of home, and use a company-provided iPad with our EMR system for documentation.
