Job description
Source One Management Services, LLC is seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for flexible in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare Advantage members. This PRN role allows autonomous work, with a minimum of eight 7.5-hour days per month and travel within roughly 60 minutes of your home.
Documentation is simple on an iPad, with malpractice insurance and collaborating physicians provided.
