Job description
Source One Management Services, LLC is seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for a flexible PRN in-home Health Risk Assessments in Ocala, FL. Travel within approximately 60 minutes of home; eight 7.5-hour days per month; documentation via company-provided iPad; no on-call or follow-ups.
Compensation is competitive with incentives; as a 1099 contractor, malpractice insurance and collaborating physicians are included; onboarding is quick (3–4 weeks).
