Job description
Source One Management Services, LLC is seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for flexible PRN in-home Health Risk Assessments in Houlton, ME. You will conduct comprehensive HRAs, review medical history and social factors, and travel locally to patients within your county.
Active NP/PA license required (excluding Pediatrics/PMHNP/Women’s Health). This role offers autonomy, a simple iPad-based EMR, malpractice insurance, and collaborating physicians, with minimum 8 days per month.
