Job description
Source One Management Services, LLC is seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for flexible PRN in-home Health Risk Assessments for Medicare Advantage members.
You’ll conduct comprehensive HRAs, review medical history, medications, lifestyle, and social factors, and perform basic health evaluations. Travel locally within ~60 minutes of your home. Competitive pay with incentives; no on-call shifts; 3–4 week onboarding; iPad provided and malpractice insurance included.
