Job description

Source One Management Services, LLC in Jennings, LA invites Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join our flexible PRN team for in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare Advantage members.

You’ll schedule 8+ full 7.5-hour days per month, travel within roughly 60 minutes of home, and document with a provided EMR. No on-call shifts or follow-ups required, and you’ll be supported by malpractice insurance and collaborating physicians.
