Job description

Source One Management Services, LLC is seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for flexible PRN in-home Health Risk Assessments for Medicare Advantage members. You’ll work autonomously, complete HRAs, review medical history, medications, lifestyle and social factors, and perform basic health evaluations.

Locations include Cameron, LA with travel within about 60 minutes of home. The role is 1099 contractor, with iPad documentation, malpractice insurance and collaborating physicians
